WAITLIST & PRE-LAUNCH REGISTRATION

Joining the CELLFORGE waitlist (e.g. for BATCH 001) is free of charge and does not constitute a purchase, a binding order, or a reservation of any product. No payment is collected at registration. Waitlist members receive early access information by email when products become available. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee product availability, specific sizes, or the right to purchase. All purchases are concluded exclusively through our online shop at the time of the official release and are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

PAYMENT

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and other approved payment providers.

CELLFORGE never stores your complete payment information.

SHIPPING

Shipping times displayed on the website are estimates.

Unexpected delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure may occur.

Risk transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping provider where permitted by applicable law.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are located within the European Union, you may have statutory rights to withdraw from your purchase.

Returned products must be unused unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
